    Thanks. Carolyn...and what happens with the wrist when the bow changes direction at the tip?

      Hi Mark - At the tip it's more in the shoulder (pivot, not lift) and the elbow. It's a larger, circular motion at the tip.

      Give yourself some time. It will come to you. Try watching yourself in a mirror and also try doing this without the bow in the hand to see if you can keep the palm facing outward.
