73 years old, had cello less than 1 month... advantage of being a former double bass player...found Scarlatti Sonatas for cello in my bass music. working on 1.. I do understand what you have said and I feel will help me. My main problems are bowing hand strength and mentally adjusting to 5th instead of 4ths. but doing well despite Lyme disease in brain. Therapy by cello....ha . Thanks for your insight.
Thank you for sharing Carolyn. I just started recording myself on the phone and noticed my string crossings are... sloppy. Would love to hear your thoughts on that maybe in a future video.

5.不要急
Thank you, Carolyn for the 5 Simple Strategies. Looking forward to putting these into practice.
You are so knowledgable and so right, I think this is the adult dilemma...Unlike kids our enthusiasm always gets the better of us.
Thanks!!!! This really helps me a lot... I'm an adult learner and always try to go beyond my skills. I will take my time in every note.

I really appreciate these helpful pointers
Great tips! My experience is if I take the time it needs the progress goes faster! Instead of forcing myself into it.
