Pasta: Rosa's underemployed as it is. Rather than soy, maybe plant the most productive cereal and consider €100K land to plant more.
Fabrics: overnight, 25k cotton and 10k wool produced 50k fabric for 40k clothing. The remaining 41k cotton will need 16k wool by selldate May, looks balanced.
Cattle: the oldest bull is losing value. The other bulls are either sons or brothers to all the females. Not ideal. Sell all males and acquire a new bull. Same applies to all livestock. Hopefully FS25 will model this, but no breath is held.
