  • This is my recommendation when you get a steer butchered - Make your life later in the year easier!
    MEAT BALLS
    3lbs hamburger
    1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1batch= 1 cookie sheet (small ice cream scoop)
    Use Butcher paper (or parchment paper) to line sheet pans. Roll meatballs by hand after scooping them onto a cookie sheet. Cover with cling wrap and freeze. Pkg 16/bag.
    MEATLOAF
    1 1/2lbs hamburger
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup quick oats
    1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    Mix everything and place in metal tins and freeze. Bake for 45 mins at 350 degrees.
    HAMBURGERS
    5 oz of hamburger
    Measure out 5 oz of hamburger, roll into a ball and place into a patty press. Press hamburger patty between two pieces of parchment paper. Place in a container to freeze and cover the container with plastic wrap. Put 4 hamburger patties in a bag to vacuum seal.
