@@dilipn2761 I am not an expert. In my opinion, it depends on your work location. Staying near to work saves time, money and energy. Also i would suggest you to buy a home only if you have atleast 50% of the total amount (35L). Renting is cheaper than paying interest to the bank. Both are not gonna comeback. Do some research on it and review your home buying decision.
