I feel like this will even itself out, as the value of items on high-pop servers will naturally increase to match the demand of moving items to low-pop servers. So it will probably yield decent results early on, but taper off the further into the expansions we get.
After a short period of time this idea will be harder to implement. Quite easy to set up a low lvl toon on any server. With the account war bank this idea will be the greatest feature of TWW.
