This service is in Beta Stage yet, so sometimes it failed to trasfer all data, sometimes failed even to trasfer the mesagges but is still a good option to use. Sory i didn't help you.

Im explain it in video, you should convert from WhatsApp Bussines on WhatsApp to transfer in Android.
