Best way is to feel like the ball is in your pocket or the ball is right next to your right foot or left if your left handed

Yeah, I closed my clubface and spun the golf ball, and not only did it go right, but it also sliced right, so it went into the other fairway.

Well that’s the wrong way to spin it I had a similar issue I had control over my club face but path was so far in-out that I was hitting it with ridiculous spin and it would slice heavy coming up to its apex.
