(ENG) How to install Zipforce Slim

We’ll show you how to install the Zipforce Slim in the front fork’s center hole.
Step 1: Gather Your Tools
You’ll need the following tools for a standard installation:
Torx key (included)
Screwdriver
Adjustable wrench
We’ll also show you the tools needed for a quick installation in the video. Clean your bike if needed. Ensure your tires are properly inflated.
Step 2: Installation in the Front Fork’s Center Hole
For installation in the rear fork’s center hole or without a center hole, check out our other videos: "How to Install Zipforce on the Rear Wheel" or "How to Install Zipforce Without a Center Hole."
Remove the center screw. Most bikes have a center hole in the front fork where Zipforce can be mounted.
If your bike has front brakes, loosen the brake cable.
Thread the center screw through the hole in the mount and into the center hole. Wait before fastening the nut on the back of the center screw.
Step 3: Attaching the Hose Clamps
Attach the hose clamps around the front fork and tighten them with a 7 mm socket or a flathead screwdriver. Do not fully tighten yet.
If needed, reduce the circumference of the hose clamps by trimming the rubber.
Tighten the nut on the center hole. Adjust the height of the mount by sliding the hose clamps up or down the front fork.
When raised, the Zipforce should rest on the included metal plate. This ensures it’s at the correct height, and you can now fully tighten the hose clamps. Don’t forget to also attach the lower support screws!
Reattach the brake cable if it was loosened earlier.
Step 4: Installing the Wireless Sensor
The sensor is best mounted on the inside of the bike’s left pedal.
Use the included rubber band to attach the sensor. Secure it with the provided zip tie and trim any excess.
Step 5: Attach Zipforce to the Mount
Click the Zipforce into the mount and screw it down toward the tire until it’s pressed firmly in place. Ensure it’s secure and won’t slip.
Step 6: Pair Zipforce with the App
Download the Zipforce app from the App Store or Google Play. Pair the app with your Zipforce via Bluetooth.
In the app, you can adjust the assistance level from 0 to 10 and access statistics.
