Pageants are not wholesome. They’re cutthroat, as you’ve shown. Contestants (some) may be all sweet and sugary to your face but don’t turn your back or leave your costumes, makeup, etc, unattended. Some contestants are genuinely nice but you never know.
In every competition of renown you're bound to have shady people that are more focused on proving they've got what it takes to win then just try their best. I think the fact beauty pageant are so based in subjective judgements too and not as much on performance has got to bring a specific kind of insecure contestants too.

Get a restraining order then the minute she violated it call the police while at the pageant. She should have gotten with her local officials and congressman. It would have probably have been more effective. But beauty pageants have always been sketchy
