  • This was an interesting experiment. We went to a fine dining restaurant in Chester and replaced wine with tea to pair for all the courses. We then got the managers, chefs and wine sommeliers to have a taste to see if this concept really goes well in a fine dining setting. This episode we test a popular tea with the second course - The fish and seafood course. This is what happened….
