This is what music is all about. Pure talent with no unnecessary embellishment. I guess this is as close as one can get to the intimacy of the piano bars of the 60's, 70's and '80's. I love to put this on my large screen, dim the lights, adjust the volume, grab a scotch ...... and absorb.

Yes. I thought the same thing. His voice projected better throughout the entirety of phrases much better now. He has a tendency to get choppy with the growl. This is probably as classically trained as I’ve heard him

Nice job gentlemen. Back phrasing the melody in vox while swinging the dog house. Quite possible the most difficult task in the solo artist bag of tricks. Nice to (not) hear over used "tuk-ut-ah-tah's" on the bass. Bravo.
Ran into Casey in the French Quarter after watching the first tour's show at New Orleans House of Blues. What a great guy! Of all the great entertainers that tour with PMJ, I think he's the most entertaining.
