How many kilos do use of weights for spearfishing? .thank you sir IDOL .
@@jvtarrayam.tarraya2337 it all depends.. for deeper dives you need less weight.. so for 20+ meters I use 4kg on a 3mm wetsuit.. for 10 or less 6kg.. even more.. but this is also individual.. many divers use just 3 or even less kg for deep dives on a 3mm wetsuit..
