  • Wanting to run a Ravenloft domain-hopping campaign? If you're still running Curse of Strahd (or you're planning to and not started yet), there are ways you can drop hooks and seeds during the campaign that will hopefully encourage your players/PCs to want to explore more Domains of Dread beyond Barovia. And even if you have finished CoS already and they've returned to their homeworld (wherever that may be), there's a number of ways you can bring them back to the Domains of Dread, too... And even if you're not running it as a sequel to CoS (maybe just a standalone campaign), hopefully this video will still give you ideas and inspiration on how to get started with it all.
There's ways you can have other Domains of Dread be mentioned (I had people mention Darkon, Mordent and Valachan during my own run of CoS), whether that's by CoS NPCs - such as Rudolph van Richten or Ezmerelda d'Avenir - or other Ravenloft NPCs / Mist Wanderers (such as the Weathermay-Foxgrove twins), or you could have the Vistani or the Ravenloft Carnival visit them. And if all else fails: let the Mists grab them! 😈
I hope people find it useful. Let me know in the comments if you have any other ideas or suggestions, or if you want to ask me any questions. Thanks, Mist Wanderers!

When I talked about the Sea of Sorrows, I showed a map that isn't an official 5E map. It's a cropped part of this excellent fanmade 5E Core map: / a_new_core_redesigning...
And near the end, I talk about The Second Tarokka Reading - here's the link to that on DMsGuild: www.dmsguild.com/product/4692...
