- 2024 Templar Xpro 250cc Vs Dagget Creek. although i did crash and have the bike land on me.. i rode out under my own power. i may upload a video of me lugging the bike out later.. thank you all for watching!
Trees, rocks, ruts, gullies, branches ripping your hands to shreds, cliffs, more trees and rocks and other debris to keep you from being able to ride at anything other than a snail’s pace. Perfect dirt bike trail.
@@AdamSander-b3b yeah it was a lot of fun, I’ve been out one or two times after I crashed, but then I broke my bike and I haven’t had much time to fix it unfortunately
Keep riding and learning, you did great.
@@jonwoodworker thanks man I appreciate it! I do a lot better when I’m in terrain I actually know and have been before. I was pretty nervous. I’ve never done a single track trail before to that extent
Great video 📹 👍 that area you are riding in is beautiful. Sorry you took a spill. Hope you're okay, my man. Man, some of these comments must have come from keyborder warriors.... let's see their riding videos. I'm more and more convinced that the templar x is the way to go. Keep up the hard work. 🎉🎉
Haha yeah, It takes a lot to offend me lol I take it as constructive criticism and I’ll grow from it. And thank you! I’m really impressed at how well the Templar is doing my only gripe is the gear selector that shaft comes out so far and it hangs up on obstacles.. and thank you I’m pretty bruised up but I’ll be back on the trails in no time
Buck all these people in the comments talking 💩!!! The man is off his couch, in nature, on a dirt bike, having fun, living life!!
@@Coco-Crisp25 trying to be on the bike 😂 thanks for the support
Mf did a barrel roll 😂
Glad you’re okay i broke my toe falling off my bike atanding still, had the handlebars go into my foot when they landed
Liked and subscribed!
Hahaha yeah I did ! Thanks for the support dude, I plan on going back for redemption if I get another decent weather day
Don’t listen to all these highly skilled experts in the comments. Nobody knows how to ride a bike until they learn how to ride a bike. Hang in there and have fun. Great video.
@@topsbottom2214 LMAO positive criticism. I was a natural though just saying!
Thanks for the kind motivation 😂, will do
Looks like a pretty difficult and technical trail! Good Shit man, way to push through! Hope the fall wasn't too bad to ya!
@@AnnuTrucking thank you, haha yeah wasn’t to fun ridding out after that one.. but I’m almost recovered just some tore muscle thankfully nothing broke.
Nice area to ride! I see it's up by robie creek/idaho city.
@idahoduckhunter yeah it’s behind the foothills right behind Boise, kind of by Boise Ridge road.
Tough looking trails man! I love that kind of stuff, and I've been thinking about getting a 250 but a 125 is so much easier for me in tough single track like that. Still want a 250 though. Believe it not I use to ride single track on a DR650, now that was a workout, but I was a whole lot younger then too! Lol
@@trevorjameson3213 haha. Yeah at the age of 35 almost 36 at the time was my first time on a dirt bike.. I’m coming up on a year sense I started
Why is your idle turned up so high? Either way, glad to see you ridin!
@@seamonkey2010 I’m in Idaho and started my ride really early in the morning and the stock carb likes it high I just forgot to turn it back down… although it was running really well so didn’t want to mess with it.. if I don’t have it high it doesn’t like starting and running in the AM chiller weather hours here
You are riding above your riding skill partner.
@@AlexNieto-o4x yeah I was pretty nervous being on that trail. I am a new rider. And only way to get better is to put myself on trails that will challenge me. Unfortunately I lost the challenge that day due to a stupid mistake
First bike??
@@jessefincham8899 under a year of ridding, I made a foolish mistake. And put my foot down where there was no ground lol
Why is your idle so high?
Stock carb I think, it’s where the bike wanted to be at I believe
@@darney555 You can adjust it with the idle screw. Mine is idling right below 2k.
@@williamfoster4268yeah I’ll do that, I’m probably going to be installing the Nibbi carb I bought just have not put it on yet
Learn how to properly ride before upgrading anything. You ride the clutch in this video all day. It's not meant to be held in the entire time. Stand up on them rock sections.... Stall!!
Thanks for the input, first time on a river bed will work on it
@@darney555 like I said you'll get it sorry if I seem harsh. Try working on the basics before you throw yourself out there in trail situations. Clutch work is a big game changer when it comes to trail riding. Some people got it naturally, some people need some practice. No biggie! Enjoy it and practice before you really hurt yourself or your bike. Will follow and gladly watch your progress.
@@irishryder2470 no need to apologize, I acknowledge I was heavy on the clutch, I’ve been going to my local play area. And while I’m there where I know the terrain I don’t ride the clutch. That’s why I started this YouTubing thing, not for fame… but to see my growth and progress
@@darney555 well I'll be your little devil buddy on your shoulder! Letting you know when you fed up! Keep riding and steer clear of injury! You'll get it. Stay confident!
@@irishryder2470 will do, I plan on going back to this same trail to get redemption 🤣
😂😅
This video is hard to watch! Amateur isnt even a word i could put on this.
Yeah, like I said I’m not the most experienced Rider I’ve been at it for a few months. Thanks for the input
@@darney555 you'll get better! Practice makes perfect! Let the bike engine brake for you instead of coasting through things where you have speed going with the clutch in. You'll have a much better experience once you learn how to let the bike engine brake for you. Only pull the clutch in while slowing down or going over obstacles. You can feather the clutch through most terrain. It's all about seat time and learning different techniques as you go.
The Irish rider sounds as though he has a 2x4 stuck up his 3:18 A double S
When u ride chinese quality!
Yeah I had my doubts but truth be told the bike has been pretty good.
@@darney555 Try to sell it.
@@Dane-o7qwhy would I want to? It’s a decent bike. Sure it’s not as powerful as my KTM or Kawasaki.. but it’s still fun
@@darney555 you said ktm, Kawasaki? You flexing now? You said you just started riding two months ago... Something smells fishy..... You can barely ride that thing LMAO forget a KTM Kawasaki. Don't try to be something you not...
@@irishryder2470yes I own a ktm and a Kawasaki, both 07s purchased used. Was told the had fresh rebuilds on them and I barely got 3 rides out of them. So not flexing
