The walkway/ cycleway has really opened up that part of the river for fishing - when I grew up there it was all factories and mangroves right through down to meadowbank.

Tough day...
I find the bream chomp more after rain, but idely, you would either need a stinky lure scent, or lob an oily bait out in current flow while tossing lures about...
Without revealing too much...what river system is that.

The fishing has been tough lately for me too. Definitely have had to work hard to find them, doesn't help with all the rains.
