Red Thunder The thing I miss most about Windows XP is Microsoft Sam. Also, Windows 8 is great imo. I use it and compared to Windows 7, it uses less RAM, less Harddrive space and it improves FPS on video games. What's not to love?

Travis61805 Windows XP days were great. I remember a child booting up that nice Dell machine and playing games on Windows XP. Windows 98 is my most favorite in my opinion because it was my very first operating system.

+Pr0 Julian Correction : XP had bad security. But it was the best operating system. Came out in 01' I think and lasted until 2014. THIRTEEN YEARS of greatness from Microsoft. Then Windows 7 afterward. 2000-2015 was a golden age for Microsoft and now another one is starting with Windows 10.
Overall, I think "terrible" is an awful word to use.
No one knows how much i miss windows xp. It was my very first os. I can't believe what microsoft has done. Windows 10, and now you own mojang and run minecraft??!!! Microsoft.... Just go back to the old way things were. When you made xp, I wasn't even alive, but when I got xp, I knew it was the best. R.I.P xp.

however, I won't deny that I still get confused / frustrated sometimes when using its interface.. it isn't that well-integrated yet..
but performance, speed.. omg! blazing fast!
but the UI could have been better.. but hey! Windows 10 is here for that! ;))
Travis61805 Windows XP days were great. I remember a child booting up that nice Dell machine and playing games on Windows XP. Windows 98 is my most favorite in my opinion because it was my very first operating system.
