Hey Nicole , you are most welcome. Once you allow the orchids to dry out in between watering you should not end up with root rot. You have to be mindful of those in the coconut husk though as that medium has the ability to retain extra moisture, especially when they get old. The fact that you have them in the full sun though should allow for quick drying of the roots. I water more during the warmer time, as you get better results. Happy growing and best wishes. One love.

Hello there, yes the 20/20/20 is a very important part of the fertilization routine, but if you can also use other nutrient formulation depending on the result you want. I feed every 7 days. Yes coconut husk method works especially if the plants get a lot of sun light as it helps to retain the moisture for a longer time. Hi Muriel, thank you so much for stopping by. I bought it online.
@@growingorchidsinjamaica thanks for the response. I'll check Amazon to see if they carry the item. Please continue to share your orchid skills 😀
@@murielrose4055 yes they do. Than you. I will. Blessings
Are you using tap water or rain water?
Hi Roselyn, I use rain water.

Hillo my friend good luck to your fertilizer thr plant journey please view my new upload video
Hello I sure will.
Too much ?? 😀😂
Hi John, that's because I use single fertilizers, however you can get fertilizers that are complete and so you don't need to add some many things. Thanks for stopping by.
