  • Learn how to use unit conversion with multiple conversions in order to find how many yards are in the length soccer pitch that is 120 meters long?
This exercise will be a helpful example for learning how to set up conversions.
The maximum length according to FIFA of a soccer field is 120 meters
I would like to know how many yards the length of a maximum sized soccer field would be..
    How I will solve this.
I know the dimension of the soccer field equals 120 meters
Next I know there are 30.48 cm in 1 foot
    Use the following steps
Place the starting information over 1
Set up a second fraction with the unit that you want to convert to as the numerator
And the starting information unit as the denominator of the fraction
Multiply these fractions and cancel units
