That was so good, thank you! The last demo voice was my favorite, I'd love to listen to an audiobook told in that compelling tone. All of them were so good!
Very cool! I've been toying with the idea of beginning to get into voice acting or voice narration and came across your channel. I greatly appreciate you sharing your process and this video! 🙏🏽🙂👍🏽
@@nastasiamarquez6472 Thanks Nastasia! I have a question for your if you don't mind. I have a somewhat deep voice. I've been looking at two different mics for VO, the AKG 414XLS or XL II or the Neumann TLM 103, but I can't seem to decide 100% on one mic. Might you have any suggestions? 🤔
@@gphiproductions Hey there! I would say when it comes to mic choice, it''s a better question to consider what type of work you will be doing with the mic rather than what type of voice you have. When wondering how to highlight the best aspects of your voice, its more a matter of how the file is mastered after recording, not what type of mic was used. So, yes AKG is a great brand, that's my main mic (AKG C414) the Neumann mics are also of the same caliber and preference in the industry. i JUST GOT THE sENNHEISER MKH 416 which is very popular for promo and that type of work. So, my rec is to get a condenser mic for your first one, its the most well rounded. Then either learn how to do the mastering on your own, or pay an audio engineer to make a preset for your specific voice. Hope this helps!
Super invaluable video! That does make sense that when a voice talent moves up in the industry and gains experience, they should sound like it. Eventually a pro-demo should be crafted together so that the VO Talent gets to work with bigger production companies. ❤ Great information as always Nastasia.
Who were your very first clients? What types of businesses were they?? I'm thinking of restaurants, local history museums, supermarkets, etc. Just finishing my homemade demo now. Thanks.
Loved your final demo result. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much!

Small businesses for sure! I lot of my projects in the beginning were actually voice message systems for businesses.
Ok. Mucha Gracias! I'll go after them, then Congratulations on your impressive success, too!
