this is the coolest thing I've ever seen. my parents are in their 80's and can't do yard work much anymore so I started striping the yard for them. I think they like it. 😂🤷🏻♀ I'm definitely trying this.

Here in Texas fescue is for overseeding in the winter. Burns up in the summer heat.

This is the video that made me decide that turf type tall fescue was the grass type for me. My back yard came in great this past fall and the stripes look incredible. Front and sides are going to have to be done in spring. I didn't prepare the soil well enough and it didn't take. I know spring seeding is a no no, but I've nuked the yard now, so I have no choice. Either seed in the spring, or look at a dead yard all of 2019 and that's definitely NOT happening.
