IDK about good. He was married, and cheating, then blamed hiss divorce on his wife being jelous. He had a kid with her also, on top of choosing to be gay, which was a choice in his case as he's attracted to both, and probably would have been straight had he not been abused as a kid. That isn't a "Good" person. He may be good to his friends, but he's not good to his wife, and it's not good to his kids, cheating on their mom, and getting divorced when you likely didn't have to, and then blaming it on her being jelous. That is silly, and it's just not a good person, or at least a very crappy way to behave. It's extremely selfish.

I don't think many men had dads that went over grooming and cleanliness. It was a topic of conversation growing up. Wash hair and rinse. Then wash from face to toe keeping groin and butt for last. I recall my dad telling me to ensure that I wash the bottom of my feet. I don't think cleanliness is a common thing taught ... How often you wash your towels, sheets, etc. We were a new wash cloth and towel family and you wash your sheets once a week. Scrub your nails, use deodorant, keep a back up pair of underwear and socks in your car at all times. I managed a security company for ten years ... There were a lot of guys that struggled with basic grooming ...
Crying is tough cause I’m on a mood stabilizer for depression and anxiety that makes crying near impossible. But I feel the same sadness and it sucks that I can’t get that release. But I can’t go off my meds or it’s panic attack city.
I got off Cymbalta due to this lack of feeling, and yes my lorezapam use has gone up but it has been 6 months and I am evened out. I now can have good cries, they are necessary. Getting used to the emotion you have been blocking is hard. Good luck
