This is because the dealers at this casino are complete rookies. They are getting scammed left and right by guys like him. I visited once and didn't like the $20 crap minimum with few players. I don't think these dealers are getting the same training as they do in Las Vegas and Reno.

I dealt High Limit Blackjack a few years ago, and this is why it’s important for dealers to “walk” their game. Customers at the table will cheat you left & right.
And the casino might prosecute the dealer if they think he was in on it.
