    ;; okay so I’ve never ever made a flat panel before on a loom and this was the absolute best instructions I’ve seen on here. Super easy to follow. Absolutely love it. Thanks so much!!!

    Omg!!!! I am new to the loom knitting world, and the hook that came with the looms I got is so small. A Cricut weeding tool!!!! Thank you!

    Thank u Mikey. This is exactly what I was looking for. Needed to make a wider blanket and u just showed me how to use my loom on both sides unlike a scarf. Can’t wait to start. Thank u. Thank u. Thank u. 😊

    I picked up 3 sizes of these after my neighbor abandoned her belongings on the lawn.
    I need the pick, could I use something else?
    Also, if I want to make a long pair of stockings which loom should I use.
    Of course, this is my first time, or should I make a pot holder or something small, first?

    I just started looming on the rectangular loom and love your videos. Which size rectangular loom would you suggest for a baby blanket using Bernat Velvet Bulky #5 and how many rows? Sorry for so many questions - I am definitely a “beginner”.

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  2 года назад +2

      You would need an S Loom. These won't work for a baby blanket size.

    Sorry for such late comment, I recently began on my mother's scarf and where you made the slip knot. would you do the same thing as when your sewing the rest of the yarn into the project or would you cut of the excess yarn off the slip knot?

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  2 года назад +1

      I would weave in the ends with a tapestry needle at the end of the project for security. If you cut at the knot, it could undo and your project is ruined.

  • @lindaickes9852

    Will the added space at the end peg add a gap in the stitches. After your intro, I thought you would skip end and use one side.

      Not as far as I know but try it and see if you see a difference.

    You can also place the yarn in the pen and just suck on the other side and it goes right through so easy.

    I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. The yarn tension won't allow me to knit when I go back the other way on the first return. Is it possible that not all yarns are meant to do this?

    Hey, if I'm trying to do a pattern (knit 4 pearl 4 for 4 rows, then pearl 4 knit 4 for 4 row a, repeat,) how would I handle the turning peg in regards to the pattern?

    @4:30 (ish) a trick that works for me....I hold the loom like a guitar neck in my left hand and use my finger tips to "hold the cord" as you would if you were holding the cord note on a guitar. this prevent unraveling.

  • @madisonfife4403
    @madisonfife4403 3 года назад +1

    Do you have to use the load thing

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  3 года назад +1

      Nope... I find my finger tips get raw after rubbing against the pegs too much.

    So I do my full loom which naturally creates an open middle section. How would I close it on the bottom and the top once done meaning I need to know how to close up both ends.

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  2 года назад

      You would have to cast off across the loom if you want it to have an open middle.
