You are an inspiration to us all. I was lucky, in Aug of 1973 I was hit on my bike. I had now clue on how far I could fly until that day. I have not been on a bike since then. I don't think your body is built to take that kind of punishment. so my motto is every day above grass is a good day. here's to you brother! keep doing what your doing.... your good at it.
Thank you for doing this video. Everybody thinks they have issues . But when something happens most folks don't realize how lucky there are including me!! In 2018 Was diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer didn't think it was a big deal boy was I wrong . Not going to go into all the details the lord spared me like you said there is a reason that Was spared . I decided to get a colonoscopy @ 58 that saved my life. But do to surgeries ,radiations & chemo & complication Have residual effects . I didn't like to leave the house much and din't go out to eat hardly ever . I guess I was afraid that an accident might happen. I did that why me when going through a rough spot for a few years . things are hard to deal with sometimes . I'm doing some better now but still have issues .Yes it is hard to talk about. KEEP PLUGGING ON BROTHER !!!!! Your video inspired me to try harder.
I'm very happy my words have helped you! The theory I have developed is that there is someone at this moment that is in a far worse condition or position then I'm in. It could be mental, physical, long term, short term, or permanent, it could be something obvious to see our something nobody would realize but the point is I'm better off then someone else so I'm happy with what I have. Something that really helped me except and be grateful early on was that I also fractured 3 vertebra on my neck so I very well could've been a quadriplegic and stick in bed and looking at the ceiling for the rest of my life. That makes me very excepting for the life that I have.
hello i also got paralyzed in a motorcycle accident this year in march. i am now a t12 complete para. watching your videos help me get through day to day and realize still things i can do still . but like you said have to quit asking why me which is hard to do. thanks for the videos.
Thank you for letting me know, I'm glad these videos have helped you as that is my goal with doing these. Sometimes I feel like these aren't really getting out there and I'm wasting time. Setting it up, editing, and uploading takes to much time and I'm not getting done what I want. So again thank you this gives me the motivation to keep doing them!
