@@yusufaras8383 You are correct! Unfortunately, not every barber thinks to place the towel on the edge. You can watch the past videos and only about 1/5 use the towel for the customer. I noticed you used an extra clean towel, too!
Keep your standards for workers high at all your branches. If the barbers at the branches don't maintain your high standards, and you have given them warning, fire them.

Can you please find him and make a recent video of his work? I'm finding lately the masssages from a few years ago seem to be better than the ones now. People are starting to get too showy by using silly unnecessary props. Thanks for your content!
