@YOKMI good question, in my experience hydras aren't particularly effective against tanks as they do less damage than the 30mm cannon and it's a lot harder to take down mobile AA's effectively. However, they are very good against fast moving transport vehicles like rib boats, jeeps and jet skis. They are also extremely good against helicopters if you can aim well, but in my opinion the jdam is the better choice in most circumstances especially on golmud. The only map I would consider using hydras is paracel storm because there's only 1 AA, no tanks, and the jdam's don't work as well in the sea.
I use controller, it's probably easier to learn using a controller but you can be slightly more accurate with mouse and key but I doubt it makes much of a difference and I think some of the best PC pilots use controller but I'm not sure.
If I run into an AA that aims at me moving from one place to another all the time so I cannot take it out with JDAM, what should be the best way against it?
There are a couple of strategies that I've come up with, you can brake line of sight with the AA then fly under the radar across the side of the map until you come up behind it with an under the radar Jdam to do 50 damage then hopefully finish it off. Alternatively, you can do your best to keep the AA spotted and wait for your teammates to start harassing it hopefully doing some damage or forcing him to use his active protection so you can come in and finish him off.
If I'm playing in an instant vehicle respawn server are usually don't bother attacking the AA at all because he'll just respawn instantly and target you even harder, instead just fly at high altitude and use the jams as a mobile artillery to kill other stationary vehicles or infantry
@@mx4life560 yeah the Admins are usually pretty cool but I think they got irritated by my entire clan over a long period of time, they decided to ban us all a few months ago and the owner has blocked me so there's not much I can do unfortunately
My vehicle sensitivity is at 50 my vehicle sticks are on default and my vehicle buttons are on veteran And the ''camera follow jet'' setting is turned off. hope that helps

Well yeah because conquest is not about getting kills. It’s about controlling the map. It is a team based shooter at the end of the day. You can have 100-0 by camping in air, but if your team is losing most of the control points for a majority of the game, your KD means nothing

Have played with you and against you many times and I must say you make it very difficult for people to enjoy the game. I hate the jets, I would rather be in the fight, I never have had any ambition to get good in the jets. Tbh I wish they would take them out of Bf all together.

BF4 had wey better air controls. 2042 for me is absoutley horrible. I was trash at flying but I still got a ton of kills in BF4 but I cant do anything in 2042. BF4 is way better IMO

Hello. Have you tried using Hydra missiles? Will they be effective against tanks in conjunction with a machine gun?
hydras are very effective u just gotta have good aim so u can hit all of the rockets and finish with the cannon
