If the camera bump had been smaller i would have gone for the white but since it's so huge i picked the black to tone it down so that the camera blends in more with the rest of the phone. Anyway, it's all up to personal preference, you can't really go wrong with any of the two colors. Once you put on a non-transparent case it really doesn't matter 😁

On the grey version, it was sleek af but it was a fingerprint magnet if you are rocking the phone naked.

From what I understand the most important difference is the band support. If you pick up the Chinese variant, you may have problems in some areas around the world. Software-wise it's bs, you can always replace the ROM.
The back of the china version is WAY cleaner with only the xiaomi logo on it. But the global has alot of bs printed on it in addition. Kinda sad, else it would be so clean and stunning

Honestly speaking, if you are in the West Global rom maybe good for you. But if you are in asia or you understand chinese, the china stable rom fair better then the global unit. China variant share more themes and settings then the global rom. Global rom is kind of just another Android. So my opinion is china rom fairs better as it can also install the latest Google play store app in it too. Peace.

Agreed! Yeah I loved the Black/Grey variant, but the ceramic white is just stunning, and definitely hides fingerprints better!
