to sear pork pata:
2 thumb size ginger
1 kg pork pata
1 tsp black ground pepper
sautee with:
5-7 cloves of garlic
2 medium size onion
7 medium size tomato
seared pork pata
1 1/2 pack of monggo
2-3 liters of water
3-4 tbsp of fish sauce / patis
ampalaya (accdg to your preferences)
tomato (accdg to your preferences)
spinach (accdg to your preferences)
green chili (accdg to your preferences)
