Hey bestie welcome to an other study session, I was feeling like going outs in the coffee shop today so I’m taking you with me 😊 I’m working on my thesis and it helps me feel better knowing that you’re with me right now, so I hope we keep each other company and that you have a productive time !
💖 : how it works :
We’re going to have two sessions of 50 minutes 10 minutes break in between I’m gonna put on some Rain Sounds to make it suitable for any kind of studying especially if you’re learning something.
👉Before you start set up everything you need so that you don’t have to interrupt your study session bring yourself a drink don’t forget water maybe some snacks put all the books you’ll need any notebooks laptop tablet and go visit the bathroom to 🤭
💖 during the break :
 Try to not use your phone except if you’re going to call your parents, friends or someone dear to you. besides that try to stretch, maybe go for a little walk and the most important thing is to give some rest to your eyes, They have been focusing for 50 minutes and that’s not an easy task, so get some rest and let’s get back to work for another session.
💖 did you finish both of the study sessions and you’re not tired yet ? Get another 10 minute break and repeat the video ! if you want you can also play your favorite playlist on the same time or mute it if you’re not comfortable with the rain sound 🌧️🥰
