I pray to the comic gods that CW never takes control of Stargirl and ruins this show like they have every other show. This is one fun show!
Same. Like CW shows start good but turn to shit afterwards with awful CW writing and love triangles. Hopefully Stargirl and Superman and Lois keep their quality.

@@adarrlnathantv9444 The showrunners control the shows. Not the broadcast networks. One thing that is good about Stargirl is that Geoff Johns is heavily involved with production. He is there on set. Saw him having a bite to eat with some of the stars on set. He is involved with all the vfx. The stars like him and John Wesley Ship (Jay Garrick) said he had a good time on the set of Stargirl.
Then you hear other shows, like Batwoman. Apparently Caroline Dries was only on the set for 3-4 times while shooting a full 22 episode season. You can see why people think the Batwoman quality isn't good. However, the first two episodes of Batwoman season 3 have been better than seasons 1 and 2. I hope it can stay that way.
The Shade is pure Chaotic Neutral. Not evil but would straight up lie to save himself as he is no hero either!
It's kind of a Loki vibe. He just does whatever to save himself the most but if it's something bigger than that he wouldn't mind caring to be part of the action that needs to be done in order to survive, save others and grow in the process.

To be honest i kinda understand why the shade did this with courtney’s team fractured there is no way of stopping eclipso so the shade needed his powers back cause if anyone could at least stand a chance it was him, i think the shade had faith that courtney might survive or at the very least is guilty over his action but the ends justify the means
I love how Jenny stepped in to help Courtney, shows she’s brave
In 2x11 she going help Dugan Family and Beth gets Courtney back from Shadow realm

I'm glad they getting into the intense stuff like dimensions, magic and even talk of time travel. It opens so many chances for a crossover. It would be interesting to see it with Titans considering they are teenagers on that end too.

I thought Jenny’s powers would be enough to stop eclipso. She probably should’ve made a shield bubble to protect her and Courtney instead of just a ray.
from what i knew, she still unable to fully control her power and emotion yet which is why she cause the fire and etc. My guess is his brother will help her to get stable and she can control her ability better enough to fight.
Eclipso is really powerful, In the comics the spectre defeated him. I don't think Cosmic staff and green lantern ring could defeat him. It takes more than that

Green Lantern 186 was my first introduction to Eclipso. And I have loved almost every time he shows up to shake things up. Especially once he got his first series. Its good to see a Green Lantern fighting him.
Now eclipso has the diamond back ...
Stargirl's staff and lantern's ring along with thunderbolt will be able to stop eclipso
Probably the next episode will end with Mcnider being rescued by Courtney from the shadowlands

The JSA flashbacks are cool, honestly wouldn’t mind if they did it Arrow style and have JSA flashbacks side by side with Star Girl’s team
The JSA flashback certainly tells me that they did not treat Pat very well.

It's implied everyone else was friendly with Pat and respected him.
We know Dr. Mid-Nite, Hourman and Johnny Thunder were friends with Pat, Jay Garrick Flash treated Pat like an equal and it's implied that Alan Scott Green Lantern spoke highly of Pat to his daughter.
Starman explained why he sometimes treats Pat badly in their scene together, when he actually considers him to be family, and Wildcat was probably just overly aggro.

This show is for teens, as a 22 year old, I feel old for this show. Definitely a high school show.

Sadly that power is in the hands of a child who has no understanding of its capabilities and thought that power could be used to destroy Eclipso. Now we see how wrong Courtney was. It’s just one bad decision after another with this girl. Star Man would be ashamed of his successor.
Not every lantern gets to be chewed over by Kilowog before seen any real combat. Some Lanterns have their wills tested in battle first.
@@EMTeves also Jade’s ring would have traces to the Starheart and she would not be an official member of the Green Lantern Corp, so no Kilowog.

That girl must have had some pretty weak willpower if that little stream is all she could muster up.
Jade isn't the typical Oa Willpower charging GL though.
She like her father Alan Scott have powers from the magical Starheart source.
She simply hasn't tapped yet her big potential.

When there's a fight scene, Beth/Pat just seems useless and stands aside while Courtney, Yolanda fights that's why they're always at a disadvantage because all the villains has cool superpowers and knows how to fight.

Pat is so useless on this show. He’s a waste of space. I don’t get why they brought in the actor if he’s not another allowed to do anything. Not even be a hero in any of the JSA flashbacks since he’s a “loser.” And they don’t really do much “family,” stuff either. Barbara actually has a job and does stuff, the kid has the pen, and Courtney has her role as Stargirl, but Pat is just “there,” and they can’t use the Robot in every episode because budget
