they said it was an update,but it happened with at&t and Verizon ,which use completely different towers and frequencies.
This needs to be put on repeat every week.

I am skeptical of XiXiPi's permissions on what is or is not permitted by their citizens. I have a feeling that the current government in CHN definitely favors digital tactics, reverse-engineering, etc.
