Ordering my tickets for Hit Back in a few days…I am soooooo excited to see my very favorite band of all time again…❤️❤️❤️❤️ I needed something to look forward to and be excited about….after loosing some loved ones and all of this Covid horror…my vaccinated butt will be there-probably wearing an N95 because I am immunocompromised due to autoimmune disease…..
Man, the sound of that bass..... everybody associate the Fender Precision with James Jameson for good reasons but The Ox changed everything, it's an unbelievable sound!
@@sirandrelefaedelinoge I'd love to know exactly what he did with the circuit (I know he had some Frankensteins) being the one he used in the Tommy Era my favorite. I bought my first Precision just some months ago, an Original 50's that looks very similar to that one.
Thank you verry much for this one. Brings back some good old times. Remember it coming on dutch radio for the first time, loved it,and still do. Well, i love all WHO songs 😜🔥
Cool suit that Pete is wearing; never saw him dressed like that!
John's bass thunders through, great post ❤
Nobody loves the Keith Moon era of The Who as much as me ,and thats a fact, sorry Irish Jack ;)
Great footage, I enjoyed that, some serious windmill action too! Thanks for posting this.
Thank you, I'm thoroughly enjoying these clips!

It was a unique Precision only 50 of which were built; John owned five of them • and modified the circuitry...

@@MacHernandez1 The white ones John had were slab-fronted, rather than contoured...

we just wanted to post the old 8mm for fun ..It was a silent film
@@TheWhoVault yeah, but the audio is great, love Pete's guitar sound.
Always strange to see early Pete on a Tele, reminds me of his later Schecter period
At that time; around ‘66-‘67 he used a lot of Fenders before switching to the SG Specials.
Fabulous footage. I’m not entirely sure that I’m A Boy is the song that they are performing here…
yes it is.. but the filming is choppy
@@TheWhoVault Btw do you have any live mid 70s footage of them doing Quadrophenia ???
@@toxic_badasss9656 Im sure there is some on the channel
@@TheWhoVault I've seen bits and bobs on the channel, I got the whole Philadelphia 1973 show on audio but want to see the footage.
