I would also like to say, that I really appreciate that you pick the answers you want to pick and not just the ones that’ll give you friendship points. As someone who always picks the “correct” choices, I’m seeing some never-before-seen (too me) dialogues in this game. It’s really refreshing ! (and maybe a bit stressful as a people pleaser lol)

Yeah I struggled with that as well- then I had an emotional character backstory moment with my friend group and I felt better picking an honest answer- still pissed at Penny though when I chose the “wrong” answer
I remember in my second year I spent almost the whole year saved up 200K thinking thats how much the return scepter was....imagine my disappointment when I realized I missed a zero lol
@@gwts1171 i didn't find it worth it tbh. Apart from being able to stay in skull cavern til 1.30am, it's pretty useless to me. I take the horse to go places so when i come back to the house with the scepter I'm then left without the horse and so much slower doing anything else i need to do. It's faster just to take the horse and 2mil is A LOT to spend just for the odd skull cavern day where i need to stay late to finish a quest or something
When you are petting the animals, you can hold down right click and just run around the field and you will pet every animal you pass by without opening the menu with their name and hearts :)
Pretty sure its the 9th of the season (could be wrong though!) If you go to marnies and just stay inside after closing, you'll see mayor lewis arrive and stand in her kitchen looking at the microwave. Then he goes and gets in her bed with her so he never leaves. Next morning though he's back in his own house (mayors walk of shame!)

Those seasonal wild seed are never gonna turn into serious profit

I've been having absolutely terrible 2 days (got scammed money out of my bank account and had to lock everything down and get a new card while missing a whole day of work). I almost started dancing when I saw you have posted a new episode aaaa
I know I'm SUPER behind on this but maybe it'll still be helpful to someone. You can put some forage items in the seed maker to get the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter wild seeds. It's Wild Horseradish, Spice Berry, Common Mushroom, and Winter Root. That way if you have a ton of one type of forage item and you're missing another (like how she's missing grapes), or if you're trying to save a specific type like the leeks for George, you can put them in the seed maker and get 1-3 seeds back. It's a good way to get the fall seeds especially since it's so easy to accumulate the common mushrooms from the cave (and if you're trying to make tea bushes that require any kind of wild seed, then it's a really quick way to get those too)
It's taken me so long to understand this game, but I'm having so much fun just watching and relaxing watching you play. I just throw it on my Tv at night and enjoy for a few hours.
- Since you can't turn sweet gem berries into wine or jam and the quality *does not affect* the amount of seeds you get, ALWAYS put in the lower quality first. It always bothered me that you'd put in the gold quality first, but it didn't matter until now since you were turning them all into wine anyway. Putting in the higher quality sweet gem berries is a big waste of money. Also, since even the basic quality sweet gem berry is worth 3k, always buy the rare seed from the traveling merchant (1k per seed, and you get max 3 per seed if you produce your own, but mostly less), as it's always more cost effective than producing your own rare seeds.
Everytime I watch an episode of this series, I go straight to playing on my own Stardew Valley farm. Don't know what it is about this game that makes it so addictive :D Also don't know the likelyhood of this comment being read/if anyone's already (probably) said this, but putting fenceposts/lights on grass makes it so animals can't get to it, but it still spreads. Just one of those tips I got way back that helped me out, thought I'd pay it forward =)
I don't think she'll ever use mods, but if Evelien ever decides to, she should just get the *Canon-Friendly Dialogue Expansion mod by gizzymo, the Seasonal Villager Outfits mods by Tanpoponoko, and the UI Info Suite mod by Cdaragorn.* None of them break the vanilla experience; the first two are literally just for adding some variety/diversity to all the people, while the second is insanely useful for finding out when things are done 'cooking' in machines, which animal needs TLC, how much exp you're away from a level-up, and other simple things like that that don't ruin the vanilla fun _(other than I guess spoonfeeding you when it comes to keeping track of things)._ You can find all of 'em on the nexus mods website. I just wish there was a mod that kept a list on all the animals I have and how many hearts they've each got thus far, just like Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons.

If you buy another auto grabber. You can put it in the barn and it will auto milk your cows and goats and collect the wool from your sheeps. And you can plant trees inside your greenhouee along the sides of the wall. My BFF and i are sickly addicted to this game and she taught me that♡. Thanks for your video's they are my favorite thing to watch after working 10+ hrs in the medical field. Now if only i had enough time to get caught up 😅.
I have a cold, its that time of the month, and the big boss was at my work this morning (Package delivery), add to that it was raining all morning and I had a long kinda crappy day. This tip may have already been shared in later videos, but I haven't gotten there yet. If you hold RMB and walk around, you'll pet the animals close to you with out double petting. You will even pet animals hiding in grass.

Penny, with poppy OR melon. 😂 And as other have pointed out in the comments already, for those just watching and new to the game, no, the gifts screen shows both things you have given and tips from secret notes. Your experience with Marnie and the cave carrot was like mine with the Wizard. He asked for an iridium bar, and was grateful to get it the first time. But when I assumed that the fact that he asked for it meant that he liked it and gave him one as a gift, he turned his nose up at it.
you should add a chest in the green house to make it easily accessible and to dump fruit items off instead of carrying a full load that will take up your whole inventory
You should only put wild honey in the kegs for mead. Most other flower honeys are more valuable than mead. Poppy honey is the second most valuable honey in the game.
once your a bit more late game and have more money I like going into the saloon on Friday and just buying a bunch of things from Gus for gifts. It's very effective. Leah loves salad, Sam and Shane love Pizza, Harvey loves coffee, Pam loves beer, Robin loves spaghetti and spaghetti is a universal like so I just gift it to the rest.
I love this series so much!! I almost caught up to all of your videos of Stardew Valley while also playing it myself, and I’m obsessed. I think it's cute how much Evelyn likes Emily, but in al honesty, I think she is one of the characters I don't much care about. Maybe because she seems like an esoteric person? I had too many of those in my life. xD
Same, Emily seems like a sweet and great to be around person. I bet it would be nice being friends with her. But at the same time she has that moon-charged crystal water against cancer vibe - that can become irritating when it's too much.
Reminds me of my Ex's mother that gave me a future reading, done by her with a swinging pendulum, on my study/career choice as a birthday gift 😂 she was warm and kind and we got along splendidly, but that part was always the weird elephant in the room XD
