I am happy you noticed numbers behind ''No Game No Life'' and ''How Heavy Are The Dumbbells You Lift?'', RUclips holds them up. Serial Experiments Lain is number 1 on Spotify. They did not mess up with 2nd opening of Noragami. Second season is called Noragami Aragoto. So they used Noragami OP1 and Noragami Aragoto OP1. They did mess up 3 things. Number 50 is Seven Deadly Sins OP1 not OP2. Number 31 is OP4 not OP1. Number 10 is season 2 OP2, not S2 OP1. Digimon is my favourite opening from 1990's. Original Japanese opening of course. So it hurts its not on this list but there is no One Piece OP1. Both released in 1999 and my number 1 and 2 of 90's.
I hate when old people think they know anime just cause they watched it first AND hate on new shows just cause they are new. there are barely a handful of anime that even come close to todays standards that released before 2010s
You're right, but also cannot forget that some standards nowadays can become toxic thing that wasn't always the case back then, being a cash grab is more a thing nowadays but yeah Don't assume you know anime if yoi stopped Watchin it 10 years ago , cause there's gold everywhere THANK YOU FOR MY TED TALK
I do know anime because I've been watching it longer than you. What's crazy about that? I've had a longer period of exposure to a much wider scope of shows than you have. So I do argue that my opinion has more weight than yours, specifically for that reason And your last line completely solidifies my stance. There a plenty of shows before 2010 that not only match current shows, but far exceed them - Legend of the Galactic Heroes - Berserk - Spice and Wolf - Haibane Renmei - 12 Kingdoms - Now and Then, Here and There - Wandering Son (2011, but unique anime I haven't seen done since) - Nodame Cantabile - Tatami Galaxy - FLCL - The literal Big 3 that I completely forgot about until just now - FMAB - Planetes - Samurai Champloo - Gantz - Monster - Inuyasha - Fruits Basket - Honey and Clover - Slam Dunk - Rurouni Kenshin - Cowboy Bebop - Trigun - SEL There's def way more, but I don't have time to try and remember every single anime I've ever watched, cause the number is in the thousands
There would not be new shows if old shows failed. Old shows have to be celebrated because they pushed the boundary and slowly gained more and more anime watchers.
@@matijamaksan4344majority of older animes were lame shonnen I had to literally dig out to watch gungrave or monster or Texhnolyze or jorgumund like shows lol
