- This was our biggest pour yet, so we were a little tense. We everything we needed, plenty of help, some of the best eqiupment: laser screed, 2 10' rider trowels and 4' trowel. Things got a little hectic when the wind and picked up and start blowing lots of dust and dirt around. the concrete almost got away from us be we were Able to stay on top of it with our 2 10' riders!

That's a lot of back breaking work. Thank you for sharing!
Your welcome, lots of work but it’s going pretty good:)
HARD WORK! LOVE watching these videos.... today I joined by watching via our TV - my hubby thought I was watching a TV show. HA! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome!! Glad you like watching. It was my first live and glad you liked👍👍
Always interesting to see how well folks work together to get the job done. That’s a huge project!
We have a great crew, turning out to be a fun project:) ya, this our biggest concrete project to date:)
What issues would b created if u preset the rebar on chairs? Clearly the rebar is up and down throughout the slab plus the laser screed is able to push it down @ the axle weight. My preference would b to have it preset @ the right height ultimately achieving a better product. Would the screed have a harder time to control height if it was preset? I would think a tighter o.c. , ie. 1' o.c., would allow the machine to ride over the cage with no issues? But as u get to wider spacing, ie 2' o.c. +, the machines wheels might adjust up and down slightly thus having a harder time maintaining slab height? Just curious of your opinion?
I have wondered about this as well. Also the tendency for the laser screed to push the rebar back to the bottom creating weak spots/cracking issues. Its a fantastic idea in theory but this rebar issue concerns me.
Ia it hard for it to drive over the raised reabar( reabar on chair) I always wonder
if you have the rebar lifted with blocks, and the somero going up and down over the bar and blocks does it create an issue?
Always wonder the same is reabar on the ground . We did a pour with laser screed 16 ft boom stay in front raising reabar on chairs
How many yards is that? Enjoyed the live.
It ended being right at 210 yards. Thanks and glad you enjoyed it!! Maybe I will do more:)

Why don’t u guys put chairs under steel ,u are guaranteed it to be of the ground ,
Chair it as u go .
We pull the rebar up as pour. It creates a real hassle with move and maneuver the laser screed with the chairs in place
سلام واقعا کارتون عالیه از این دستگاه کجا باید خریداری کرد ممنون
these only used for level pours?
With the Laser you can set it to do slopes and it does accurately. Are you looking at getting one?
@@KoverageContractors possibly. just always looks like in the videos on youtube they are mainly used for floors
How well does it does goin over raised reabar ( chairs or block under reabar ) does it looses accuracy goin up and down over ?
