Wow! Fantastic teamwork, planning, and execution of the job. Amazing system using 2 ladders on the low side of the roof so that the guy fastening the lower edge can move to the new ladder with the new icee of metal roofing. Excellent job. Thank you.
Dude that's pretty cool!
Thanks Bridgett🙏🙏🙏
What size is it, and how much is it after done? I mean, with slab, doors etc.
Thanks
Hopefully the roofing guys went back through and put some more screws in those roof panels, just doing the edges doesn't cut it.
Yap, we start by tacking on metal and get all the roofing on and once that’s done we go back and screw it off.
Love the time lapse videos. Are the posts set in concrete?
Awesome! Thanks so much. With concrete premix, we made a pad at the bottom of the hole and then set the post on top of the pad.
How do you charge, per square?
How long is this expected to last with wood coming into contact with soil?
These post are SYP wood, so are really hard wood and posts are treated the whole way threw, they have a 50 year warranty
Southern yellow pine isn't a hard wood. It is a strong soft wood. In this case the posts are laminated, on the bottom they are treated with CCA copper chromated arsenate. You typically want posts of 0.60 lb/ft^3 or greater to prevent rot.
I certainly see a lot of guys putting treated posts into the ground. Makes me uncomfortable. 50 yr warranty.... what happens in 20 yrs when it rots. They give you a new post (if they are still in business). Not much help when the building integrity is compromised.
I don’t recommend putting any wood in the ground. Preferably wet set brackets.
They use concrete cookies

I have Property in Priest River. What should I budget per sq, ft, for a pole barn like this with a concrete floor?
Hey, so it would be in the ballpark of $40 per square foot with concrete.
cheese factor on this type of construction is 10 - unwanted
Yall just aint gonna screw off the roof lol
Surprised no personal safety harnesses were used!
У вас что нету зимы!?
