    Are you concerned about lateral shear at all without posts, sheathing, or coner braces?

    this is so much easier than polesIF YOU ARE GOING TO POUR A FLOOR ANYWAY...POLES are for when you arent pouring a floor...

    How did you secure the wood structure to the concrete?

      What we do is, once we get the wall stood up, we take a drill and drill through the bottom plate into the concrete and use red heads to anchor them

    I've never seen a stud frame pole barn. Thinking of building residential barndominium. This looks less challenging than pole post.

      One of my old coworkers did a 16 on center stick frame metal sided house. Used a crap load of lumber I thought once you add those girts. I always thought a ladder or panel style framed building would be a good compromise between post and stick frame house.

    How much does a kit cost on average? I’m in northern Wisconsin.

      Depending on the amount of doors and windows or if there is soffits etc but $35 per square ft installed and that does include concrete. Installed in the North Idaho region
