FYI I believe the TRS connector pins are:
1 L10 18WT/GY FUSED IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT (RUN)
2 T117 20DG/YL TRANS RANGE SENSOR ELECTRONIC CLUSTER 5 VOLT SUPPLY
    3 - -
    4 L1 18WT/LG BACKUP LAMP FEED
5 T917 20YL/TN TRANS RANGE SENSOR ELECTRONIC CLUSTER MUX
    6 T41 20YL/DB (EXCEPT SRT) PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH SENSE (T41)
so from your video you're checking the 12V input to the TRS. Pin 5 goes to the cluster. interesting.

Not sure if your still active on here or not but can you explain what yours was doing? While I’m in drive it wants to shift from that to 2 and 1 or won’t show what gear it’s in

@@RCEOFYUMATLRif you're just replacing the neutral safety switch, no. Pan does not need to come down. But if you need to do what he did in this video, obviously yes pan is coming off.

How much oil you loose if you replace just the sensor?
