Lovely’s recipe.. I made soya chaap at home today with soyabean chunks and aata. It was good but only issue it still smelled of the soyabean . Is there any way by which we can get rid of the smell. I fried it in little oil as well before putting it into the gravy but it didn’t help with the smell. Any suggestions please

@Chanda Kshirsagar , i have shown how to prepare soya chaap using a stick in one of my recipe. well, it can be made at home but can be time-consuming and tiring too. hence i would recommend buying a good quality soya chaap from indian grocery store
