Jokes aside, Bart shows signs of being a great dad. He broke the cycle of old-school parenting that he grew up with and isn't afraid to show affection to his family
@@RedDenim as there should be, but with a purpose and reason... I still remember I got one bc my sister lost some money, just bc I happened to be in the room... my mom just said, "you're getting it too so in the future you know what's going to happen if ur not careful" 😅
Lol it's like Taika has Bart's mischievous nature to do random things going on in his head, then Geo's voice in his head telling him "don't do it, dude". 😂
This was actually a really good video on parenting and getting to hear Bart and Joe's contrasting opinions on intentional vs genuine mistakes. Wish my parents could've been this nuanced 😭
omg i was dying watching this 🤣 Taika really is Bart's kid. He did the remote thing just because he, on an instrusive thoughts level, was curious. What he did is similar to what Bart did, when he was a kid.
My brother lectured his kids ears off, and their punishment was to spend time with him while he’s doing mundane things like chores and work. they hated it, I think they preferred getting a whooping. 😂 now that they’re grown they always ask him for his opinion. I guess it goes full circle.
I like that Bart is open minded but still lays down the law. I try to be like that as a parent too. Two months ago my son threw his Apple Watch onto the roof 😑 kids be doing the stupidest shit especially boys.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… Bart is probably one of the most candid and open people when it comes to talking about his trauma. His lack of childhood is something he never wants HIS child to go through. The lack of understanding from his parents and the lack of opportunities to actually act like a kid is something that puts a lasting effect on anyone. It’s what you choose to do with what you’ve been through. Bart chose to find perspective to understand where his parents were coming from in how they raised him…not to excuse their actions, but so HE can heal and raise his child differently. I think he talks so much to Taika *because* of how much he felt unheard as a child himself. There was a period of time in Bart’s life where he hated his parents. He doesn’t want to give Taika a reason to EVER feel like that.
It’s called being fair with discipline and love. Taika is a bad good hut he gets rewarded for it lol. Bart says he has trauma but his parents never showed enough love
We should all comment on his videos to buy his dad a vintage camera like the one he had😁😆. They’re still around and finances are different now. Dad doesn’t have to worry about the cost cuz he ain’t the one buying 😌☺️
I once farted at the kitchen table during dinner, I tended to smirk ;one because somehow I thought it was funny, and two; it was a nervous tick, and i wasnt really intending to laugh. But too my Dad it was not funny and he got so mad I was thrown out of the dining room. I probably wasn't paying attention, or didn't think to get up go to the bathroom, or i didn't want to be loud or something.
There have been many where they discussed their childhoods yet I think you mean this one.... "Off The Record: Do White People Actually Get Disciplined at Home?"
you get it. People equate physical discipline with obidence. Sure, if you beat a kid enough, you'll end up with a kid that's trauma-obeident. I speak from experience because my siblings and I always got beat when we were kids, and while we are obedient, upstanding citizens today as adults, it's all fear based. We completely lack social and street smart skills. We suffer in social settings, to the point where we can't speak for our needs. I would never advocate for the beating of a child, even spanking. I've seen what it does to the adult version of these kids, first hand.
@@applepieclub5012 I’m sorry you went through that. But when you become a parent you will have the choice to be the complete opposite of your parents ♥️
@@kiarademoner thank you for your kind words. You seem like you're such a great mother. That's definitely the plan! If I end up having kids, that is haha

omg, this is exactly it haha
Joe going through the piano wires was comedy gold😂😂😂
omg Ryan's story about breaking his dad's camera broke my heart

9:15 “we did it Joe “ LMAO 😂
I miss watching Bart getting up to turn the camera off
Joe making the sounds that the piano made was so funny
The fact that Taika will be able to watch these episodes when he’s older and actually goes through these situations 😭
We love the taika stories ❤
The Tapatio bottle with no cap has been bothering me these last videos lol
No 🧢?

Taika doesn’t have to do anything. By 7pm Bart will starts turning off light and hurrying his guests out the door. 😂
16:12 Time stamp for the clip in the thumbnail, You’re welcome. 🫡🇺🇸
:Bart seeing lil Bart do Bart things.
Steve’s childhood antics are the FUNNIEST 😂😂😂 this and the pie in the dishwasher 😂
My quote of the video is “Jack it in the shadows” 😂 what a legendary phrase
I always forget that for Steve whenever he does something bad, he gets blowies from his mom and sister
Loved this prompted wish it was longer or have a part 2
This episode was so good 💀
this was a banger had me audibly laughing in my office at work
Not a parent or a child expert, but I say Bart's a pretty fair Dad. Well done Bart👏❤.
Part 2!!!!!!!
Another day, another person's life changed forever because of Ryan
Jokes aside shout out to Bart for being such a mature parent 👏🏾
Why the boys trying to make Bart the shit out of taika for every scenario 😂😂
I love the jellybean story
Bart-such a good dad!! 👏🏼
We need a part 2

I love you guys. Was bubbling to my husband about you guyd

Bart would want the guest to be gone before Taika would 😂 thats why he just lectures
If Bart was your dad the second you see a 🧹then you know it’s game over
I think the only reason Ryan's parents shit on him dancing was cuz he ruined his dad's photography dream😭
Nick was right, Ryan should buy his dad a new camera.

Bring back taika
You don’t have to hit your kids to discipline them. I have 3 and they are well behaved. You have to take time to raise your kids correctly.

Agree. Whenever I see parents claim they need to spank their kids, all i see is a lack of understanding, patience, and tbh intelligence.
@@applepieclub5012 thank you so much. I definitely try my hardest. Parenting is hard, but the most rewarding job ever.
