Just putting it out there , the Eu ROM reduces your audio through earbuds ,cause European Union has laws that set a standard max volume ,which is way lower than your actual phone capabilities.
To solve this ,change the region of your phone to either ,United States ,Singapore ,India.
All of the above are outside of European Union with no laws when it comes to phones max volume.

It would be helpful if you could update your description with the site(s) you use to download your roms. Probably from Xiaomi themselves (or not?), but some may not know exactly where to go. Also- I haven't looked through all your vids, but maybe even do a lesson video on exactly how you pick your rom and install. It can be overwhelming to see the list of available roms and be knowledgeable enough to know which one to use.

I am a normal mobile user, not games, no payments, just apps, more about photos (that is my particular and main reason to get the Mi 11 Ultra), and after many reads and videos now I think the EU ROM might be the best option, but still wondering only one thing that I can miss: google apps integrated with the phone, are that apps already in the EU ROM version or I will need to install each: chat, photos, keep, meet, maps, youtube? Install is not a problem but I am used in my Samsung that those google apps and any other from google are integrated into the phone google account natively, besides I used my Gmail account to log in to other apps such as Aliexpress, Amazon, and many others.
