EFT/ Tapping For Easy Weight Loss

- I was asked by friends and clients to create a tapping video to help hardwire the belief that "it is easy for me to lose weight"
Weight loss often feels like a struggle or hard work because this is the internal story that gets repeated - this story then creates the belief which then creates the reality.
As with many of my tapping videos, for optimum results, I recommend that my videos are tapped with daily for 60-90 days to help hardwire the new belief that "weight loss is easy".
When we repeatedly tell ourselves a new story and with the added tapping, we create a new belief for ourselves which will then create the new neural pathway which creates the new reality.
This video has been created to support you alongside any other healthy eating or exercise regime you may currently be doing to make the process feel effortless.

Cool, not done this before so I'm looking forward to see how it goes 🙂 I'm 59 and getting over knee and hip flexor injuries that forced me to stop all exercise for 2 years and I've got the constant snacking bug. Thanks for this. Question: what are you tapping when your hand is on the forehead? Bit in-between your eyes? Side of the nose near your eye?

I'm doing the tapping. As I finish up, I do feel a sense of well being, calm, relaxed and clarity. But after I finished, I suddenly got a craving for cookies! Why did this happen?? I'm using willpower to not go for them. Am I back again into the same mindset of struggle? Sigh... 😔

how often should one do it?
I recommend daily for a minimum of 30 days to rewire your subconscious brain for lasting change
what is the underlying structure for the change?... in hypnosis, we touch the forehead,for it to be symbolic, that the change has been profound, deep (into the mind) or as a focus point, so they will be feeling, and not overthinking when going into tranze

Subtotal hysterectomy.
There are alternatives to hysterectomy. Allopathic medicine makes loads of money out of this somewhat dangerous operation. There are a few amazing surgeons out there who buck the trend and will remove your fibroid and keep your body parts in tact. Then ... or as well ... is there maybe some introspection about your life course that could help? I don't know if that's the answer but I struggled with mine for years and it helped me get onto a different approach to life that is ultimately more healthy and I value the introspection it brought me to, looking back.

In other EFT tapping videos that I saw on youtube they tap on the other side of the face/body.. does it matter?
You can tap on either side of the body or both 😀
