    How do you position the tongue?

      @@SonOfTheOne111 In the natural relaxed position. Focus on the position of the lips and pay attention to your sensations. Every sound is linked to a certain sensation in your body, and each person senses different ones.

      @@studybug2010 I made this tutorial video in order to explain to everyone that polyphonic overtone singing is not as difficult as it seems, and that with little effort and practice, anyone can develope this skill.

      @@studybug2010 It depends. The one that I've explained is the basic technique, while if you want to learn how to produce a certain musical note, you need to experiment different mouth positions and link each position to a specific musical note, perhaps taking notes on a piece of paper or a diary. Tracking your progress is very important.
