I actually saw this once in game and thought it was just a random thing that appeared semi-often, as it was about my 10th run in Dross. Turns out I am just very lucky.

I found this thing pretty early after I started playing Repentance. I took a photo and sent it to my group chat with the caption "GOTY".
I didn't know it was this rare, I just assumed it made sense to see a massive shit in the new poop themed floor.
