Looks like the perfect time. I think you said what I was thinking - LUSH Island! It is so hard to not have a taste of everything when you are doing specialty dining. I love that the crew is serving in the buffet/eatery.

We absolutely love Sabatini’s!! I wish they could accommodate GF offerings on their menu. That’s the only reason we won’t be back. The old is amazing.
