It is 100% not the best arena in hockey east, the season ticket holders have turned on the place it is one of the worst arenas in college hockey. The food is atrocious, the student section sits on their hands and looks at their phone the whole game, there are many bad sight lines in the arena, most seats are uncomfortable, it was ok at level best when the team was competitive but the team had a MUCH better presence when all their games were in Hartford. It doesn't help that Sacred Hart built a bigger, nicer arena for less money in Fairfield county. The season ticket holders have turned on the program so hopefully more games in Hartford or major fixes to the issues at Toscano are coming.
