As I can see, those people had no experience with eating something so intense, which makes this prank really dangerous for them. But that still wouldn't be enough to classify the person as a sociopath, because a lack of empathy, which is what you're trying to point out, is not enough to call someone a sociopath. Even then, if he knew the outcome and still proceeded, it wouldn't be proof of a lack of empathy, since the outcome is relatively mild.
