Hello. I have a question: I am a permanent resident of Canada, I have a master of Law from my home country and a lawyer certificate, but I have never practiced lawyer profition in my country, can I pass the NCA exams directly, or do I have to study the five subjects :( criminal law, Administrative law, Constitutional law..) in canadian law universty .. And after obtaining the certificate of the NCA, I apply directly to the Bar Association, and the bar assoction chooses for me a director of training for a period of one year, or what are the procedures and stages that I must pass? thank you.
