I made this today and used sugar free digestive biscuits for the base. Omitted white chocolate and added 1/3 cup organic cane sugar. Used organic kesar mango pulp and about 1/3 cup more than what was used in this recipe. Used mascarpone instead of regular cream cheese. Turned out AMAZING!!! Also, it was my first time making a cheesecake. Has a really refreshing and delicious taste and nice texture.

How much is 100gms gelatin in tablespoons ...and how much water mix it with plz advise
Hi Salma! 1 tbsp of powder gelatin is around 9.25 gr. So for 10 gr I would say you use a bit more than 1 tbsp. The water amount is the same, 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) or 60 ml. Hope this helps. - Bea 😀

Hi! Yes, of course you can use fresh mango puree, just make sure it's a ripe and sweet mango, if it's not you can add a bit of sugar to compensate. And the peaches sounds like a great idea as well!

Hi, won’t the white chocolate solidify upon adding to chilled mixture as i experienced this in the past whilst making white chocolate cream cheese frosting
Hi Laxmi! Nope it won't. You need to immediately mix everything together for that same reason, so avoid it getting curdled. Plus, the only chilled ingredient is the whipping cream. The rest you use them at room temperature. Hope this helps. - Bea 🙂

would it work without gelatine?
Hi Haseeb! Well unfortunately this recipe wouldn't work without gelatin. The gelatin is needed to set the whole cheesecake, else it would be more of a pudding. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching the video!
Whenever I make cheesecake the biscuit crumb layer sticks to the base and does not comes out completely
What should I do?
Hi there! You can place a baking sheet on the base of the pan before assembling the whole springform pan. This way the cheesecake slides easily to your serving plate and won't stick to the base. Hope this helps. - Bea 🙂

Try putting it on a wet warm towel for 1-2 mins. That should help you remove the cake easily from the bottom of the pan :)

El Mundo Eats as it is not summer,mango is tough to get.can I use essence and color instead of puree?
I would not recommend using essence and color for this recipe. If you can't find mango maybe you could find similar fruits like peaches (fresh or in cans) and make puree out of it. If you're decided on using mango, maybe you could look in the frozen sections in the supermarkets, they always have frozen fruits (mango in this case). Hope this helps. Have a lovely weekend Fariha!

Hi, I made your Mango and Vanilla cheesecakes. Both were a super hit. I topped my vanilla cheesecake with strawberries and raspberries and drizzled it with melted while chocolate. I do found, it would have been better if I added more gelatine. The reason could be the strength of gelatine in where you are and where I am :) Thanks a lot and I will be coming back for more.

I tried this recipe last Saturday (27-Jun-2020) and it turned out great. Even my cousin who is a fan of cheesecake gave me a grading of 11.5 out of 10... LOL! Definitely should try it but word of caution, the result may vary as the texture I got is not thick like hers. I think it has something to do with the mango puree that is being used. I used the ''mango puree'' that is available in my country. But the cheesecake still harden after I put it in the freezer.
